What these machines are for
Standard chambers are designed around flat, stackable material. Wood waste, sponge and foam are neither — they spring back, they bridge in the chamber, and they need different proportions and different feed arrangements to bale at all.
What to weigh up when choosing
- Tell us the material and how much it springs back; this is the single fact that decides the design.
- Density is what you are buying. Low-density material needs a bigger chamber for the same bale weight.
- Bridging is the usual failure mode with springy stock — ask specifically how the design prevents it.
- Wood waste is often better processed as a different product entirely; ask before assuming a baler is right.
Detailed specifications are available on request. Tell us your material and expected throughput, and we will send the model data that fits.
What we need from you to quote
- Exact material and its condition (wet, dry, mixed)
- Bulk density as it arrives
- What you want to do with the finished bale
- Volume per day
