What these machines are for
Hydraulic baling for metal scrap — light iron, stainless, aluminium and non-ferrous. Metal behaves nothing like paper: it does not compact evenly, it damages anything underspecified, and bale shape matters to the furnace or the mill that receives it.
What to weigh up when choosing
- Tell us the thickest section and the heaviest single piece, not just the material name.
- Scrap is abrasive. Wear plate specification matters more here than tonnage on the nameplate.
- Ask what bale shape your buyer accepts — mill and foundry specs are stricter than most sellers assume.
- Loading method (grab, conveyor, hand) often decides the model more than the material does.
Detailed specifications are available on request. Tell us your material and expected throughput, and we will send the model data that fits.
What we need from you to quote
