What these machines are for
The same horizontal platform as our standard semi-automatic machines, built at higher tonnage for material that resists compression — paper cores, drums, bottles and dense mixed loads. Source models in this group run from 200 to 350 tonnes.
What to weigh up when choosing
- Tonnage is not a quality ranking. Buying more force than your material needs costs money in power, wear and price.
- Work back from bale density: how heavy does the bale need to be for transport to pay?
- Material that springs back (bottles, foam, cores) needs different chamber proportions than flat stock — say what you bale.
- Higher tonnage means a heavier machine and a bigger power supply; check what your floor and panel can take.
Detailed specifications are available on request. Tell us your material and expected throughput, and we will send the model data that fits.
What we need from you to quote
- Exactly what you bale, and how much it springs back
- Target bale weight or density, if you have one
- Available power supply and floor loading limits
- Daily volume
